Before we found out it was a boy

So we did not know it was a boy or girl...
Misha came and said she wants to name the baby "Misha". I was like but thats your name and who will come to me when I call for Misha. And shes like thats why I want to name the baby "Misha" as it will be silly.
I was like what if its a boy? She started crying that I want it to be a girl. Thinking that it will help I said what if you name the boy "Jazi" as that would be silly too. Shes like yah thats good. I want a boy and a girl. :)
I told her that Mama only has one baby in her belly right now and we dont know if its a boy or a girl. And Allah will send decide which one to send. She was not too happy with this.

So couple of days later her teacher Ms. Joy asks me I heard you are having twins. I wanted to burst out laughing as I knew where that was coming from. Misha stood in front of her whole class and announced that my Mom is having two babies...a boy and a girl.
I explained that to her teacher. Misha was listening to me. So that evening she stood up again and explained it again to her class that no its only 1 baby for now.

So my sonogram was scheduled for February 14. We decided to go as a family to find out. As soon as the doctor announced its a boy. Misha started crying that I wanted it to be a girl. I told her having a boy means we have to go shopping at the baby store otherwise he will have to wear your dresses and skirts and that made her laugh. I also reminded how all her friends have baby brothers...

Shes happy now though.... :)
